This patient desired to have a "poutier" lip while still looking natural.  She also wanted to soften the wrinkle that ran along the side of her mouth.  The best option to accomplish both was using a filler for both areas (in this case Juvederm was utilized).  Injection of the lip focused on enhancing the "cupid's bow" area (the two points on the upper lip) resulting in a fuller, more sensual lip and near total elemination of the bothersome wrinkle.  In the last photo the Patient is seen several weeks out maintaining excellent and natural looking results.Additional Recommendations: Chemical Peel to improve skin around lips

This patient was concerned about the appearance of her lips.  She wanted her lips to be mored defined without looking "injected" or "artificial".  By placing an injectable filler in the appropraite anatomical areas a natural appearing lip augmentation was achieved.  Also important is to inject the corners of the mouth to help eleminate the deep wrinkle found there and the "sad" lip it creates.  Additional Recommendations: Retin-A, SPF & moisturizers, Medium Chemical Peel

This Patient desired a fuller lip. While she desired a "pouty" lip she did not want to end up looking fake. Injectable Fillers were used to help her get exactly the look she wanted. The nice thing about using fillers for lip augmentation is that it is very easy to control the amount and location of changes to the lip.

The patient had undergone a facelift in the past and felt that as she was aging her neck and profile view was becoming unacceptable to her.  By utilizing a limited lipectomy and corset platysmaplasty great results were obtained specifically in her areas of concern while providing a nice harmony to her prior surgical procedures.  Additional Recommendations: Retin-A, SPF & moisturizer

This patient was very specific in her concerns about her jaw line. A facelift was performed with focus on her desired goals. Her goals were achieved and subtle changes achieved in her neck to provide a balanced, natural appearance. Fillers were recommended for her marionette lines.  Additional Recommendations: Retin-A, SPF & moisturizer, Fillers, Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Fat Repositioning

This patient desired a natural change focusing on her jaw line. Given her good skin tone, special emphasis was placed to avoid an unnatural and displeasing "stretched" look. The facelift performed utilized vertical vectors to obtain the desired goals.  The vertical movment of soft tissues was accomplished in a natural way and helped restore a more youthful contour to her areas of concern.  Additional Recommendations: Retin-A, SPF & moisturizers, Lower Eyelid Fillers, Fillers

This patient was concerned about the wrinkle that ran along side her mouth and cheek.  She did not want to undergoe repeated treaments and wished for a natural appearing result.  Therefore a permanent injectable filler (Artefill*) was used to provide nice improvement to the area.  Due to neo-collagen formation the results will be maintained and improve as time goes on.  Additional Recommendations:  Retin-A, SPF & moisturizer, Chemical Peel for fine skin wrinkles

This patient presented with a complaint of "tired and baggy eyes". She did not want to undergo any surgery and desired to use an injectable filler instead. By carefully layering and "feathering" the filler a very pleasing and symmetric result was accomplished.  Additional Recommendations: Retin-A, SPF & moisturizers, Hydroquinone, Fillers, Salicyclic Acid Peel

This Patient did not like how her nasolabial folds (cheek wrinkles ) made her look older and tired. She was also concerned that her skin wasn't "smooth" and had lots of oil. Autologous Fat Injections were performed to help improve the deep wrinkles and a salycylic acid peel was done to effectively smoothen her skin and reduce the oil. Fillers would not have been as effective given her anatomy. Additional Recommendations : Botanical Oil Absrober, Oil Free Moisturizer, Salycylic Acid Peel

This Patient was mostly happy with the appearance of her nose,  however she did not like the "hump" that was visible on her profile view. I also felt that the rest of her nose looked nice and decision was made to perform a very specific rhinoplasty that addressed only the "hump". The procedure was easily performed under local anesthesia producing a subtle but natural result. In addition, a pleasing elevation of her nasal tip was accomplished - giving her nose an elegantly feminine appearance.
