This Patient did not like the large pores on her nose.  They would often clog up and develop blackheads.  Intradermal Botox Injections were used to reduce the size of the pores to help smoothen the appearance of the nose and prevent future blackheads.  Additional Recommendations: Salycylic Acid Facial Wash, Oil Free Moisturizer

This Patient did not like how deep her nasolabial folds were or the wrinkles that ran under her eyes.  She did not want a drastic change and was against the idea of using fillers or fat injections.  Therefore Intradermal Botox Injections were used to soften the wrinkles and folds in a very natural & subtle way.  Additional Recommendations: Fillers to help further soften the Nasolabial Folds

This Patient did not like how the skin around her nose was "blotchy" and had pores.  After trying many other treatments she found very little improvement and used to wear makeup everyday to cover the area.  Intradermal Botox Injections were used to even her skin tone out and smoothen her skin.  This is a very specialized injection technique in this area and requires an expert injector to perform. Her "blotchy" skin improved to the point where she could stop wearing makeup.  Additional Recommendations: Oil Free Moisturizer, SPF

This patient was unhappy with her jowls and loose skin on her neck. A facelift with chin liposuction was performed utilizing specific vectors of pull appropriate for her anatomy and skin type and resulting in natural and effective improvement in all areas of concern.  Additional Recommendations: Retin-A, SPF & moisturizer, Medium Chemical Peel

This patient did not like how his profile looked since he felt his neck lacked definition and that his chin was "too small".  A simple and effective solution was to perfom a submental liposuction and place a chin implant.  The procedure was easily performed under local anesthesia and resulted in a satisfying and natural result.  Note how the patient has maintained his overall "round face" while gaining a masculinized and stronger appearance.  Additional Recommendations: Salicylic acid chemical peels to improve infallamation / acne of skin.

This patient was concerned about his "lack of definition" under his chin and neck area. A chin implant was recommended but he was not comfortable with that option. Therefore a platysmaplasty was performed with very nice improvement on his profile view. Note that the "redundancy" to the chin was also improved by selective skin excision.  Additonal Recommendation: SPF & moisturizers, Anti-oxidants, After Shave with Glycolic Acid

This Patient presented to me after undergoing a "necklift" procedure at another Medical Facility.  Unfortunately,  given her anatomy a "necklift" (with incisions behind the ear) was not the appropriate procedure for her.  To help her achieve the results she desired a platysmaplasty with chin liposuction was performed.  The patient was far more satisfied with this approach.  This case illustrates the importance of experience and proper pre-operative evaluation.  Additional Recommendations: Series of Superficial Chemical Peels and regimen of Retin-A / daily moisturizers to improve skin tone and appearance.

This patient wanted to have an improvement in the appearance of her jaw line and neck but was very concerned about an "artificial appearance". A facelift was performed and by utilizing selective vectors of pull that suited her anatomy and a balanced and natural result was obtained.  Additional Recommendations: Retin-A, SPF & moisturizers, Fillers, Chemical Peel, Lower Eyelid Fillers

The goals for this patient included improvement of her jaw line and neck appearance. A facelift was performed with special attention placed on avoiding a "stretched look" given her overall good skin tone. Results are balanced and very natural looking with an excellent restoration of youthful contours secondary to "vertical elevation" of jowls.  Additional Recommendations:  Retin-A, SPF & moisturizer, Fillers

This Patient had a long history of smoking and over time developed deep wrinkles around her lips (smoker's wrinkles).  By using a hyaluronic acid filler (Juvederm) the wrinkles were improved and her lips were given more definition and fullness in a natural way.   Additional Recommendations: Chemical Peel to further improve and smoothen the skin around the lips
